These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and to any services you purchase from Wynstead Studios ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
We design, build, and host websites for local trades businesses, available on monthly plans (currently £50, £75, or £100 per month, depending on the plan). There is no setup fee — your monthly plan covers design, build, and launch. Full details of what's included in each plan are set out on ourpricing page, which forms part of these terms.
Plans are billed monthly in advance by the payment method agreed when you sign up. If a payment fails, we may suspend your website until the account is brought up to date. Prices may change from time to time; we'll give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect.
There's no long-term contract. You may cancel your plan at any time by giving us 30 days' written notice (email is fine). Fees already paid are non-refundable, but you won't be billed for any period after your cancellation takes effect.
We retain ownership of the design, code, and templates we use to build your site. Content you provide to us (such as your logo, photos, and copy) remains your property. While your plan is active, we grant you a licence to use the completed website. If you cancel, we can discuss transferring a copy of your site or content on reasonable terms.
We aim to keep your website online and performing well but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from use of our services is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You agree not to use our services to host or promote unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or terminate service if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services or the law. We'll post the revised terms here with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
